Commons Dining Hall

Our work at Andover is associated with the renovation of the historic
Commons Dining Hall. Our design expands the entry terrace and stairs to
provide for outdoor seating, bicycle storage and ADA accessibility allowing
for larger group events. New terraces are proposed to the south end of
the building. The lower level creates an extension of a student lounge,
while the upper level creates a new social gathering space, acts as a
pedestrian node, and provides emergency and service access.
