Portals and Loops proposes a unique recreational experience serving Tempe, Phoenix and Scottsdale. The program acknowledges and preserves the presence of the Salt River Projects's canals and trails within the three cities while making local and visiting public aware of the desert climate, water ways, and natural and cultural histories.
