The approach and entry to the new Waynflete Arts Center is part of a new landscape plan being implemented for this small private school in Portland. Maine. A matrix of simple walks, walls and benches will continue thoughout the campus in ongoing phases of work. These spaces include solid granite benches and walls, bracketed by planes of evergreen groundcover and specimen shade trees.
