MBLA is leading the design process to convert land that was long ago a working dairy farm to a world-class equestrian facility. The first phases of our work are focused on removal of unsightly and poorly-located work roads and the creation of the first 1.5 miles of a nine-mile travel system that includes riding and hiking trails, service roads, and the substantial replanting of several riparian zones.
