Dionne Farm Masterplan

Dionne Farm represents a significant investment in the future of community gathering and local agriculture in Brunswick, developed in partnership with the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust. Building on the success of one of Maine’s largest and most vibrant farmers markets, the project reimagines a newly acquired farm property across the road as a safer, more accessible home for the market and related programming. The design envisions a flexible, welcoming landscape anchored by a new market facility, improved circulation, and expanded capacity for vendors and visitors. Through the stewardship of the Land Trust, and MBLA's design, the parcel will function as both a working agricultural landscape and a vital civic space.
